教你吃东西怎么选啤酒!

抬一下杠,有的人就是喜欢海鲜的腥味儿。他可能觉得红葡萄酒+海鲜也没什么。
鸡肉配什么wine?牛肉配什么wine?猪肉呢?
如果是海鲜+鸡肉+牛肉+猪肉的大杂烩呢?
所谓标准是谁定的,有人强制执行吗?

你说啤酒没有类似的问题,你怎么知道某位啤酒专家,是不是也会站出来说,某种啤酒配某种食物,味道会不好怎样怎样的?

在我看来,都是推荐而已。
用不用这个推荐,看自己的喜好,看自己介意不介意。

什么是标准,比如说icewine有标准,必须是“利用在8℃以下,在葡萄树上自然冰冻的葡萄酿造的葡萄酒。葡萄在被冻成固体状时才压榨,并流出少量浓缩的葡萄汁。这种葡萄汁被慢慢发酵并在几个月之后装瓶。在压榨过程中外界温度必须保持在零下8℃以下。”等等。如果你不达到这个标准,你就不能称为icewine,你把你不达标的东西贴了icewine的标签卖,有人会找你算账。这才是标准。

that is just a general rule. Even the rule said it "should" be, it didn't say "must" be. It is just a recommendation, not a "standard" that you MUST follow. It is just a helpful guide.
