经过和客服的沟通，问题已经解决。
楼上的文章很专业。
现在有2个说法：高压锅使用后微小的剥落是正常现象；或使用后的微小剥落是不正常的。我很困惑，哪种说法正确。

1. 剥落的东西去哪里了？吃肚子里会不会有没有问题？
2. 剥落会不会持续，持续多久。

你们重新换了锅吗？ 我们的锅用了4-5次，炖过汤煮过粥。内胆煮过什么就是什么颜色，真的很烦！炖汤煮完就是五彩的，煮完粥就是一块块的白。要说其它质量问题真的还没有，就这个颜色很有点烦人，怎么洗都洗不掉，表面也确实像其它朋友说的很光滑

我用的没这些问题。 发花是不是没刷干净？

How come does Meidi sold in China with the same model has two 内锅?

Did anybody have just one 内锅 inside?

I did call the customer support, and it was always voice mail. No chance to talk to anybody, not happy at all!!!

不锈钢锅是冷轧压制的。 哪有脱皮或剥落的怪事？是一块不锈钢合金板材冲压出来的。 既不用刷油， 也不用镀漆。 三合锅底也是从外面压上的。 有的楼主说的怪吓人的。

I sent several photos of the defective inner pot to customer support as upon their request, and the guy claimed he is going to discuss with manufacture. However after a week, there is still no response from him and telephone number1 800 828-7280 is always a voice message. I tried to call the number he called me, I was told it was not a valid number.

Anybody can help if they try to avoid me?

Here is the feedback from the Instant Pot company, and I am not happy with them at all.

We've got the response from the factory over the weekend. Those uneven surface are perfectly normal, which were caused by the manufacturing process. They show up in the inner pot in brand new condition or after the first use/wash. They don't cause any safety nor health concerns.

Unfortunately, this is not a warranty issue. We cannot provide an exchange since the exchanged item may still have similar uneven surface.

We thank you for your purchase and appreciate your patience in waiting for our clarification.

如果你是跟我们团购一起买的话，发几张照片给我们看看把，既然客服给你这样的结果，我们可能也帮你做不了什么，因为哪怕从T&T买有问题也要联系客服，但我们还是想希望了解下情况，至少以后要更注重产品的质量。
