You may want to measure the pulse and blood pressure before any physical excercise. It can be done for free in stores like Walmart, Sobeys, Shoppers Drugmart.
For the age of 25~30, blood pressure at 90 / 140 is a bit too high. I heard 80 / 120 is the normal. But again you measured it after 10 mins of walking.
TXK's suggestion is a good one. I may consider switching to tennis when I reach the age when soccer is no longer feasible.
