我们也在考虑，明年不管找哪个公司做，合同上都要设有截止日期，超过一天罚1%，这样或许就会减少拖延了。

设立开工和完工日期应该是可行的，这与建房子的复杂性差远了。没有完工日期的合同存在极大的潜在纠纷因素，容易失控。

个人一点建议哈，如果开工和完工的日期不好确定，起码要求他们不管给哪一家开工，必须在两个星期内把这家完成，这样他们的摊子就不会太大，也不会把坑挖完就几个月不见人影，后院整个夏天一片狼藉！:blink:

正常的fence公司也是一开工一口气做完，没见过我们这个community里上百家哪家做fence是挖几个洞就在那里晾上一两个月再来，而且是不停地催才来，只有这个EHS。不知这怎么能叫professional。

我们的支票交了，总体感觉还可以,俺的邻居因为土没有清的很干净，有点小抱怨，然后就是式样和想象的有点点区别，俺知道的就是这个了。我是觉得草明年长出来，那点土也就看不见了。
Mercal 比较好说话，也可能是帮主提前和他们打过招呼。bill的问题解决了，也挺爽快的。
大家如果需要，我过一阵上个图上来，因为和阿土的有点不同，好像用的是不同厂家的材料。价格可能也不同。

遗憾的是EHS没给订New England caps，否则就能给大家上个终结版了，现在看来恐怕要等明年了。

My neighbours and I asked them to make the final measurement in front of us, and found out that they over-measured the whole thing. For example, their measurement on my fence was 39”, but the final
measurement was 35”. Therefore, before you pay the last instalment, make sure you do the final
measurement with them together. Also, make sure they don’t charge the liner foot for the gate too.

They installed a very funny gate to my fence (the size of the gate is much smaller than the space left,
and there is a quite space between the house and 桩子), and told me that they couldn’t get any supplies and I have to wait until next spring to have proper gate to be installed. Maybe I was being too nice.
I paid most of money, and only owe them about $250, so I don’t know if they would come next spring, summer, fall, or winter?????? They first put a small gate to my next door neighbour too, but they changed an appropriate gate for this neighbour as I think that my neighbour was not easy as me. Such a bad luck!!

我想问一下，挖完坑以后，把水泥灰倒入坑内的立柱周围，加水，而不是事先搅拌好，然后也没有等水泥完全干，马上安装栅栏板，小半天就弄完，这样的程序对吗？（现在的立柱周围的地面出现很多小的坑）

现在用的都是chemical的快干型水泥，挖洞当天就能竖桩了。
小坑有多大？
你们家是刚来装？？？
