Military air port should be built on those small island a long time ago, but nothing happened. Building air craft carrier is actually a show business, telling silly people that the gov does have a plan for protecting our lands. By the time 2 fleets are built, no more oil will be left in south china sea.

I believe that the US will take on china in near future, just like the soviet union. Communist countries are evils in the western's eyes and unfortately china is one of them. In wwii, the us helped china, yes, but the that china is now taiwan, which the us still help to defend. The red china fought the us in 1950s and I am sure that you know about it.

As what will happen in China. I have no clue. hehe. time will tell

If US policy members are in the right minds, they will contain China but not to attack China. It is just difficult to imagine how any country can attack China proper.

South China sea will be developed in a corperating manner. Claiming sovereignty is just a strategy. China is pretty clear on this and I think this is a smart move. Carrier is for show of force not for use of force.

On the current path, I think China is on the right way ... Just evolutionary changes but no radical changes. It is rather fortunate most people in China understand this point.

就是玩玩文字游戏，其实也未必是错。如果没有共产党，中国很可能已不复存在。当然百姓仍要过日子的，也就只能做别人的奴隶，做别人的看门狗了。不过也确实有些人是很乐意的。
