我就是顺便一问， 因为您是老华侨， 又长于推理， 没有其他意思， 您多虑了。

对于中国人贪婪， 还是老外更贪婪， 我不能作出判断。所以我想您要是带头给个例子， 也许会有其他人补充例子， 这样的讨论还是开卷有益的， 不仅给别人也给您自己多参考一下事物的多面性。正本清源的故事自然比以讹传讹好。

不过我的好奇心也没有那么强，所以不勉强您。周末愉快

基本同意这个观点，在加一条，还有个民众道德水平的问题。
我妈很多年的医生，退休后很多机会返聘，可是干不习惯，有体制上的，也有个人观念的问题，想出污泥而不染，难啊。。很多时候还被人误解被讽刺。索性回家享清福不干算了。
想起我小时候我妈在医院，那是真奉献啊，也不求回报，帮农村的看好了病，人家感谢送个鸡蛋什么的，我们还觉得对不起人家，不忍心拿。
其实就是现在，医生也是蛮辛苦的，倒班，急诊，手术什么的。至于该拿多少，凭良心凭约束，可现在的中国，良心和约束有多大力量？
象我妈那个年龄也不缺什么了可以无所谓，可是年轻人尤其是上有老下有小的想做到那么清高太难。就我妈都说能理解，只要不太没良心太离铺。我就知道有的医生一方面拿有钱人的红包一方面又无私的帮助穷人看病自己帖钱。
人性是复杂的。在中国那样的社会，要么甘于清贫，要么甘与平庸平淡，要么同流合污（程度会有差别），要么象我们一样出国，其它没有太多选择。

A normal case on vaccine could be put in such a negative spin. It is really great you guys are all here - a country is better without people who hate it.

刚放下电话，妹妹生孩子，医生们太黑了，糊弄要给孩子打疫苗，手段真是恶劣：

1）打完强制性疫苗，本来自愿打的疫苗，不告诉家长。直接写到疫苗卡上，告诉你下次再来打。
2）疫苗的名字不写清楚，比如肺炎疫苗，写成沛苗。把人当弱智啊。
3）能用便宜的疫苗，一定给你用最贵的。根本不告诉可以选择。
4）多快好省，一次打两种疫苗。
5）让你一年打n中流感疫苗。靠，才听说。

还好有同学是医生，一询问，才知道此中猫腻，什么白衣天使，只认识钱！

True ! Some doctors are sub standard. However, one doesn't use one case to negate the medical system of an entire country.

There is really nothing wrong on the doctor in LZ's posting. Vaccine is a very specialized field and lay people may not have a good understanding.

Try meningitis vaccine here. It is very expensive and is not covered by medicare. Doctors sometimes recommend them but you don't have to take them.

It is OK to complain about the system. It is really outrageous to use the case against all doctors in China.

Does everyone have a family doctor ? If not, try to get one. See how you feel.

There is a schedule for vaccines.

1. Vaccines are combined.
2. Doctors provide recommendations on optional vaccines like meningitis etc.
3. Some vaccines commonly applied in China are not covered here - like certain vaccines related to lung disease, small pox etc.
