这是第三年看tulip了，说实话没有什么感觉了，所以换个角度拍，正好再试试我的微距镜。
昨天傍晚拍的，有风，所以成功率稍逊。
其他的还没有想好名字。也没有想好哪张参加活动。看看反应再说。
1.少女之涩
I like the first one and the 4 th one. The keyword is---another angle, or, creativity. I understand that it's hard to be creative after shooting the same subject for many times. I think you did a great job especially from creativity perspective.
I do have problem with your title though. First of all, why do we need a title for every photo ? Those who are viewing the photo can interpret what ever way they like, and it's actually another process of creative thinking. Secondly, the title are too "girly" to my taste.
I'm thinking of getting myself some accessories to do close up, which include a lens adapter, a 2X Teleconverter (really envy the telephoto capability on your Pro90 IS), and some close up lens. Costs around $200 CAD and the plan freezed due to the 10D debut. The investment will not be recovered if I decide to move up to a DSLR. Still pondering ...

But the tulip itself is a very "soft-minded" object when brought into your sight.
You are quite right, the title will limit the imagination of these shots.
But it can help understanding my intention of those shots.
I was trying hard to be creative on these objects. Hope you will see more later on.

the canon's pro 90 IS is still a good camera since discontinued in 2001 compared to so many new models like G2,G3.... It's about 5000rmb in china now. My close up lens is quite cheap from china.
I got them (set of three, +4,+2,+1) for only 180rmb. Though for professional usage, they are a little bit rough, it's a good p-p ratio.
10D is also a good one, I am planning that too.

Thanks, Sawol. I agree with you that Pro 90 IS is a very solid and versitile cammera. The optical zoom is really useful. Unfortunately, by the time when I get into digital photography, it has been discontinued. G2 is the best choice at that time (June of last year).
Which brand of close-up that you use ? I don't know much about it and the one that I plan to get is a Hoya 52mm +1/2/4 set. Cost around US$32 from a online retailer. In my situation, I need to get a 2X teleconverter though to get decent working distance. The penaty for this, is that I have to use maximum zoom to avoid vignetting.
There are people using reverse-mounted 50mm lens to get very good magnification ratio. Haven't tried that.
I'm also watching closely the 10D user-feedback. I guess that I may buy it later when Canon sought out their QC on focus and other issues, and hopefully the price will drop a bit more (though did not expect much). Given the fact that CAD$ is so strong, I guess it makes sense to buy from US online.

my close-up lens are "made in china".
Because of the exciting price of new DSLR, I did not want to invest more
on the pro 90, the set of wide angle and teleconverter set(58mm) costs
around 2k RMB. So I just bought this set of lens and two additional BP511
which might be useful late on.
Heard from dss1234 that the price of 10D is getting low as 1.3-1.4k us$.
Well, plus the lens , still a quite amount of money.
