It is irresponsible to attack a family business without substantiation of facts !
The owner of the restaurant is obviously using a very wrong business model. Providing premium products (hand-made noodle etc) to a group of economical customers at below-market price is sure way to Chapter 11.
It is much better to invest in the following:
1. A comfortable and clean environment.
2. Tasty family oriented food with good price but also good quantity (not excessive though).
This is essentially what Hong Kong cafe (on Somerset and Booth) has been doing for years.
A restaurant generally has only one chance to win a new customer. Failing any one of the above two factors, the new customer will be lost for sure.
