Crossbow killer from Ottawa pleads guilty

Zhou “Peter” Fang pleaded guilty Wednesday to executing his father with a crossbow in a crowded public library, according to reports. The 26-year-old Ottawa man and his mother had suffered years of abuse at the hands of Fang’s father, Si “William” Cheng, before Fang killed Cheng at a library in Toronto on Dec. 2, 2010.
