A man who escaped serious injury after his car plunged into a sinkhole in Ottawa’s east end earlier this week is calling for a full review of city infrastructure. Juan Pedro Unger lost his 2009 Hyundai Accent while getting off Highway 174 at the Jeanne D’Arc Boulevard offramp Tuesday afternoon at around 5 p.m.
