Kelly Egan: School dispute’s ending not nearly in sight

OTTAWA — On Thursday, the biggest unit of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation announced 95.3 per cent of teachers had voted to give the union a strike mandate. On Tuesday, their elementary school counterparts released the results of a vote taken the night before: 97 per cent in favour of strike action.
