Of course. Because he believes that is the truth. However, he was not spreading his version of truth using taxpayers' dollars and didn't make it mandatory either.

Science is not brainwashing. However, stuffing textbooks with scientifically unproven and unverifiable claims as indisputable scientific facts is.

No, Christians have withdrawn bible teaching from public schools voluntarily long long time ago. Christians were the first and have been the most enthusiastic advocates of science and scientific education on all levels of schools ever since the emerging of modern science. All Kent was promoting was to stop brainwashing our kids with unproven scientific hypotheses as indisputable scientific facts in public schools because that involves taxpayers dollars and is mandatory to these poor kids.
