An Ottawa civil servant has died from the injuries she suffered in a roadside accident in Uganda. Agnes Zabali, 53, a compensation adviser with the federal justice department, was hit by a garbage truck while standing near a police roadblock in Kampala, Uganda on Dec. 19.
