The Ottawa Red Cross, the Salvation Army and OC Transpo have been dispatched to offer victim services to displaced residents following an apartment highrise fire Sunday morning. The fire broke out around 5:21 a.m. on the 15th floor of 2870 Cedarwood Drive.
