CRA的SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST 的工资范围是多少呢？有人知道吗？

FI-04: Manager
政府工的Pay scale只包括工资收入。

看了一下，也就是说，刚开始的时候会是FI-２的最低档，然后按年每年自动长，长到８万６。这个理解对吗？

EX are entitled to performance pay, in addition to the annual salary. But EX (executives) are not entitled to overtime.

在私企工作的可以用这些工资水平作为参考吗？同级水平的私企工作能少多少？

政府的工资和私企的很难类比。政府的入门级别工资比私企的入门级别工资普遍高一些；政府的中高级级级别 (intermediate, senior)，包括manager级别的工资和私企的类似级别比较应该类似，但考虑到各种福利包括假期，政府的综合待遇还是好一些。政府的管理级别(Executives, i.e., directors and above)收入同私企的管理级别相比，收入要少很多。
