CRA的SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST 的工资范围是多少呢？有人知道吗？

政府的工资和私企的很难类比。政府的入门级别工资比私企的入门级别工资普遍高一些；政府的中高级级级别 (intermediate, senior)，包括manager级别的工资和私企的类似级别比较应该类似，但考虑到各种福利包括假期，政府的综合待遇还是好一些。政府的管理级别(Executives, i.e., directors and above)收入同私企的管理级别相比，收入要少很多。

私企的director普遍都应该30万以上吧？

FI-1: new graduates, often hired through the FORD/IARD program, CAST program, or bridged through the student program (CO-OP or FSWEP)

FI-2: intermediate level, the job title could be Senior Financial analyst, Intermediate Financial Analyst, or Financial Analyst
FI-3: senior level, the job title could be Financial Advisor, Senior Financial Analyst, Team lead, or Project lead
FI-4: manager level, the job title could be Financial Manager, Financial Management Advisor, Senior Financial Manager, at a few departments the title could be Director (but actually equivalent to a manager)
EX-1: director level
EX-2: executive director or senior director
EX-3: director general or departmental comptroller
EX-4 or EX-5: CFO

联邦政府的会计人员有４个级别，就是从FI-1到FI-4。FI之后就是管理级别了(director and above)。
每个级别有多个steps。
如果你是FI-1，Step 4, 你的年工资就是$61,906。如果你有双语证书，每年还有$800的双语补贴。
如果你明年继续呆在FI-1，那你明年的年工资就是Step 5，$65,365.
如果你win a FI-02 selection process, 你的年工资就会涨到是FI-2, Step 2 (I kind of forget whether you will be Step 1 or Step 2 in this case...), $66,451.
To move from one rank to a higher one, you need to win a selection process. For example, if you are currently at FI-02, you will need to win a FI-03 selection process. Then you will be promoted to FI-03 level. Based on your current Step at FI-2 level, HR will tell you which will be your starting Step as a new FI-03.
If you continue to stay at the same rank, then your annual salary will increase from one step to the next, year by year, at your own incremental date, till you reach the highest Step for that specific rank.
