A man in his 20s is in hospital in stable condition after being shot twice early Thursday evening, Ottawa police confirm.
“He was shot in his lower extremities and he’s not being co-operative with us,” said Sgt. Josh Pulfer.
Police responded to reports of gunfire around 7 p.m. to the 100 block of Horsdal Private, near Hunt Club and Conroy roads.
Police do not have a suspect.
The guns and gangs unit is investigating.
