面对有严重抑郁症的家属, 该如何办?

实话说我试过。 5-htp是serotonin的precursor. 理论上多take 5-htp的确会提高serotonin的level. 但是我用的少量时候(把一个胶囊打开取定量的一些)却是晚上睡不着觉,which likely relates to decreased serotonin that leads to decreased melatonin levels. 所以我很快就放弃这个了。 一般直接作用的neurontransmitters (比如5-htp, melatonin) 我自己反而比较cautious.

纯属个人意见。 有人就觉得它不错。

一抹,妈呀,99%的VD没了。不信,google收一下。
我在考虑,是否将家里的LED灯泡都换成原始的白炽灯泡。
听说LED灯泡是红绿蓝三个很窄的光波段合成的,虽然视觉上看不出区别,但与阳光或普通灯泡发出的广谱光相差甚远。LED的蓝光对健康还有害。
很多问题不明白,求科普。
