你试试如果新旧混合,怎么才能只有外面一薄薄非常均匀的一层鲜红色,里面均匀的棕色。不可能的。我的理解,如果肉馅包裹后自然变色,应该是外层先变色,里面后变色。这种外面鲜嫩里面发黑的,肯定不正常。
