A La Pêche man in his 50s was taken to hospital with several broken bones after a home invasion on Friday night, police said.
Little is yet being revealed about the motivation behind the attack as police continue their investigation into the invasion that took place just before 10:30 p.m. on Victor Robert Road in La Pêche.
MRC des Collines police did say the man was seriously injured, but was not suffering from life-threatening injuries. He remained in hospital Saturday morning.
Several people were suspected of being involved in the incident. No information was provided as to whether items were taken from the home.
