Ottawa firefighters were battling a two-alarm fire Thursday afternoon in a multi-unit housing complex at 1242 Bethamy Lane, in Gloucester, Ottawa Fire Services said.
Firefighters responded to a call at 2:13 p.m. from a resident reporting a kitchen fire.
Firefighters declared a working fire when they arrived, then sounded a second alarm.
No injuries were reported and there was no immediate estimate of damage.
