Gatineau police arrested a man and woman after seizing a cache of drugs from a Hull residence around 11 a.m. on Thursday.
After receiving a tip, police searched a property at 15 Duquesne St. in Gatineau and discovered 337 methamphetamine tablets, 632 grams of cannabis, 11.5 grams of cocaine, 25.8 grams of hashish, as well as wax, an unknown white substance and $3,790 in cash.
A 24-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman — both from Gatineau — were arrested. The man was detained, while the woman was released on a promise to appear in court. Both are facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and property obtained by crime.
No court appearance dates were released, and police did not release the names of those arrested.
