Shell 洗车月卡的欺骗行为和拙劣服务

RFD上有很多人share洗车卡。Shell的店少且设备老旧,价钱这么贵,真没必要买。不过,不管什么油站洗车都有可能出现故障,天太冷也不开。
 
现在一杯咖啡多少钱? 停车场一小时多少钱?
不知道,没有买咖啡的预算。
停车场不就是我说的开车坐车舒适度不同里面的意思吗?
 
一派胡扯八道,唯恐天下不乱。

我不认为你是商家,可是你却站在商家的立场上!
你大部分情况下是一个消费者,你却青红不分皂白!

楼主可以向shell总公司投诉。如果结果不令人满意,可以继续向电台投诉(很多类似的服务纠纷都是大公司被消费者反映到电台后态度180度大转弯)。如果结果还不令人满意,可以把she告上小额法庭,说不定到时候还会有律师愿意为你代理集体诉讼。
你确定不是给他挖个大坑?
 
楼主并没有提人种等,只是抱怨Shell。这个不是占便宜的问题。分享使用合理合法。

只是建议楼主去老外网站看看,找找解决方案。。。
 
这没办法,能用就用,不能用咱换一家。不是还有petrol Canada么。shell一开始有90天的后来只有30天的卡,再后来限制只有3人可以装APP其他人要有APP的给产生CODE。最后是提价格。其实就是SHELL发现赚钱少了呗。你真要是不用了,自然SHELL就会改进因为赚少点总比赚不到好。你们又要用那就不好搞。

As long as it's legal and abide by the user agreement, you cannot criticize it's 钻了商家的空子. Please remember: by attracting more people to wash their cars at their gas stations, Shell will actually gain more business benefit and potential revenue than you first thought: more visitors to their gas stations may generate more gas and other merchandize sales, and even help build long-term customer relationships.

For some public companies like banks, they may even offer ridiculous cash rewards to attract new customers, ignoring the fact that most of these new customers may not stay after receiving their rewards. However, there are business reasons to justify such business model:
  1. Even a small portion of stayed customer will, in the long run, more than compensate the cash rewards they've "given for nothing".
  2. Attracting many new customers will make one public company's short term revenue and balance sheet so much better, help them meet their seasonal or yearly goals, and make their management ready to receive bonuses:)
  3. Each new customer will bring some of their personal information to the company. Client data and privacies can really worth a lot.
Again, before we blame smart customers to "abuse" a business promotion, we should not forget that it's probably the business mangement who is wiser.

当年有人从bell和rogers之间换来换去享受三个月免费,就遭到过批判,可笑。商家都不会嫌弃这种行为的,旁人看不过去了:D
