3,410 suspected cases假如都经过PCR test negative， 而且PCR又有98.6%的sensitivity， 可以认为Pfizer排除这3410个疑似病例是对的， 即使考虑误差，不到5%而已。

3410 在这个上面第42页，Suspected COVID-19 Cases：

“As specified in the protocol, suspected cases of symptomatic COVID-19 that were not PCR confirmed were not recorded as adverse events unless they met regulatory criteria for seriousness.”
其中列举了2个做了多次PCR 检测。但是其他3410个只说“Among 3410 total cases of suspected but unconfirmed COVID-19”， 这个是没有经过检测确认，并没有明确说做了PCR检测
这就是为什么pfrizer 需要提供原始数据，如果有原始数据明确做了PCR测试，就不会有质疑
