请问无保险开车,一般怎么判?

问题是,已经查出来了,没有保险
而且已经定了法庭的日期

我现在想去找律师
可是有用么?

怎么办?不会是刑事责任吧

Insurance companies are blood sucking monsters, but it's the law, untill the day we get rid of or clean up the insurance companies (I am having dream here hehe)

That's called full coverage which I've never bothered to purchase for a sub-1000 car.

I don't think you understand his question.

In some province/state, you can post a bond to the government, then insurance is no longer required.

The bond is usually a couple of hundred thousands.

The bond is usually a couple of hundred thousands.

Considering the loss on interest, that's even more expensive than insurance.

No, interest is still yours.

It's just that, if accident happens, all cost/claim is from those bonds. So you are risking your own capital.

再犯了。我觉得你最多就是罚点小钱了事。

No, interest is still yours.

It's just that, if accident happens, all cost/claim is from those bonds. So you are risking your own capital.

Bonds are not the best way to invest. Ontario requires at least 200k fund to cover the automboile. 1% shorter on capital gain equals to $2000 per year in this case.

This year, I'm only paying $500 annually on my auto insurance. It doesn't make sense to lock 200k trying to "save" 0.5K, and it doesn't save either.

And if you do get involved a major accident at fault, in next 30 years or something, you may end up losing hundreds of thousands of dollars from your own pocket.
