To students in English versions of UQO graduate programs
As you probably already know, over the past few months the University has been reviewing its services for students enrolled in programs taught in English. A French version of this report has been issued today and is available at the following URL:

This report contains my recommendations for the university’s decision makers for which a final decision will be made by the Board of Directors (Conseil d’administration) in February. Since this issue has garnered numerous reactions to date, even in the regional press, I expect that this new report will be widely discussed and will eventually give rise to various rumors.
I wish to confirm that, regardless of the decisions that will be made by the Board of Directors, the University will continue to offer the courses in your program in English and provide appropriate guidance so that you can complete the program to which you have been admitted.
