Re: Offensive Articles, Regarding Mr. Ning Bai
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am legal counsel for Mr. Bai. I am writing you regarding recent articles posted on various websites, in which offensive and libelous statements were made regarding Mr. Bai. In addition, defamatory emails have been sent from your email address,
Stop any and all such actions at once.
My client takes this matter very seriously and will examine all possible avenues of bringing the perpetrator(s) of this action to justice.
This matter is being reported to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). This matter will be investigated for any possible criminal sanctions that may flow from the above-mentioned publications.
In addition, should the perpetrator(s) of the above-mentioned publications be found, civil action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia will be considered for the tort of libel, as these publications were forwarded to many people and websites, damaging the reputation of my client. Libel cases involving prominent businesspeople result in higher than average awards for damages.
Govern yourself accordingly.

Are you trying to threaten us? You have no right to put your letter here to defame all the people in this forum. Your action is an infringment of our freedom of speach.
