What troubles me is that many people are talking about a "limited version of punishment" - a Liberal minority government. I have to say it's wishful thinking. There is no way to control it. It's your vote, 0 or 1.

Let me tell you something, if everyone wants to keep the L in power and vote Liberal while hoping others'votes for Conservative will get the Liberal a minority government, the chilly reality will be: we end up getting another Liberal majority. Believe it or not, Mr. McGinty ,most likely, will be laughing and whistling all the way to his marble bathtub after the election.

You are confusing provincial government with federal government. Although they share the same name, but they actually have different political agenda.

However because of McGinty, I still haven't made up my mind yet, and I think I represent a fair number of undecided voters.

I know provincial liberals are different from federal liberals, but their relations are very close, it is especially true when it comes to Quebec Liberal party and the Ontario Liberal party. They are not the same but similar, or put it in another word, relatives. Inevitably, they share consequences.
