价钱不是学生通常能付得起的,只跟父母去~
 
别提了~天润长城都是垃圾~特别是长城!
 
昨天去剪钷?。?我的美??她去咿天?酒??有。她真她去咿?次。
第一次去是?三年前, 第二次是最近去的。
第一次去是去吃烤鸭, 非常好吃。
她的婆婆(mother-in-law)生日, 她建阻去天?酒?吃烤鸭。
My goodness! What kind of 烤鸭 is it? She feels so bad to recommend such a restaurant to her mother-in-law.

She told me that she will not go to 天? again. Very bad food.

She also told me that she had bad experience with 荔景酒家. Her dad & mom got food poisoning on Tuesday dinner - keep on throwing up (?吐)and having diarrhea (腹?). Her dad has to stay in hospital for half day. I told her 荔景 was good when they opened. They are going downhill. So, I am not going to 荔景 either.
 
天润的确难吃.有一次,网上有人强烈推荐什么麻辣火锅系列.我们去了.点了一个麻辣鱼系列.哎,鱼片是油炸过的,还是海鱼.我从来没有听说过川菜中麻辣鱼是海鱼而且油炸过.川味虽然以调料见长,但并不是那种很多味精的带装调料就可以糊弄的.很多调料都是自己调试的.而且东西要新鲜才行.从此以后再不去了.

The food tastes so bad that we have to stop ordering. What waste money for bad food!!!
 
From the listed food you ordered, we can figure
out it's a full order. Like with Cold dishes to start,
Main dishes and Dessert to end. And almost included everthing:
Beef, pork, chicken,fish, seafood, Toufu, Vegetable and Noodles.
Probably you expected to have the "best" food with the "lowest"budget.


Appetizer:
1. Cold plate - stewed beef 剪?牛肉
2. Cold plate - Sweet & spicy cucumber
3. Cold plate - ?拌海蜇

剪?牛肉 is so dry. It tastes like the beef has been stored in the fridge for more than a week.

Main Course:
1. BBQ duck 烤?
2. Spicy chicken (diced)
3. 剪?酤 (I forgot the name of the fish)
4. Stir-fry Shanghainese vegetable (only two types of vegetable you can choose - brocoli or Shanghainese veggie; This will never happen in Chinese restaurants downtown. How can they do business?)
5. 酸辣茄子
6. 麻婆豆腐
7. Noodles in a soup (very oily)

Dessert:
芝麻??
 
说句老实话, 就天润, 最早Li gang开的时候, 我们第一批捧的场,还带了大队人马去, 真是出乎意料的差, 居然有人要到外面规劝朋友同事不要去哪里(一般不满意也就不再去了)
生意也可想而知一落千丈。。(其实那个location不错)

换了东主。。又大队人马去, 出菜是比当年快了。。量也多了些, 但味道没什么大起色。 服务水平还是不专业(本人在hotel当过waiter, 以前也做过大厨) 所以有很多方面还是应该改进的, 有些菜的价格也有点偏高。 如果真的很有特色的功夫菜或高水平的制作, 价格高点也没关系, 但普遍的菜都很大众化, 就不应该当特色来要价。

还有你们厨房的卫生也不太好, 不过大多数的中餐馆都存在这问题。
