办costco的会员卡是否值得？

用的东西不知道,吃的东西costco不便宜,而且包装大,但好处是一站式,不用去N个店
我的习惯是买吃的是从Chinatown沿着carling一路扫过来,基本上能把foodbasic,大苹果,loblaws,loeb,independent,小苹果都cover了

在加拿大， 很多店是连锁的， 一般在居民区都比较集中， 没有你说的那么累， 再说了， 希望能尽量支持加拿大的公司和企业，我个人从不去wal-mart,sears, costco之类美国超级店， 如果有同样的东西， 我尽量买made in china, 这就是我的消费观念。

Just wondering, are you canadian chinese or chinese canadian? Anyway, both china and canada should be proud of you!!

他家的东西不是很贵，也不是特别便宜，别人特价的时候很可能比他便宜一点，但他的好处是比较平均。对去一家店买东西只买特价品，然后换个店继续买特价的人我保持我的尊敬态度，毕竟一个店一个店的跑也不容易。
不过我觉得省了时间比较合算。

You read my mind! Now my essay. I like Costco for 3 reasons:

1. Quality, hands down, Costco is by far the best merchant in providiing quality goods to its customers, you can trust everything they sell. In the rare incidences that the goods are not satisfactory, you can return it or exchange it without any hassel. My mom bought a infalatable boat, and found a problem after almost 2 years of use (within manufacturer's warranty period of course), Costco gladly accepted the return without asking her any question.

2. Competitive pricing. Now I'm not saying Costco always provides the lowest price, but on average, their price is highly competitive. I buy domestic products like napkin, paper towel, detergent, corn oil, eggs, milk, bagels, shampoo/conditioner strickly from Costco. I'm sure if you shop around, you'll be able to find cheaper priced products elsewhere, but Costco's price to quality ratio exceeds most other merchants.

3. Convenience. I can shop for almost everything under one big roof: from fresh seafood to seasonal fruits; from jewllery to power tools; from books and DVDs to children's clothing, you just name it, they've got it all!

p.s. Too bad there is no liquor on sale at Costco, their price is even lower than that of duty-free shops in the States.

也许因为我买的东西没上面的那么贵，我碰到的costco客服就实在不好，我买一大件，用了1个月发现颜色有问题拿去换，他们说库存没有就不能换，我说那我就退掉吧，居然也不行，只让我在他们有库存时再拿来退换，也就是说我还得运回家搁着，然后三天两天打个电话问有没有货，再开车运来退！幸亏还能凑合用，要真是故障就费劲了。
我朋友更惨，买瓶便宜的防晒霜，回来才知道是costco加工的，过了几天想去加钱换个牌子，也不知道是哪出了问题，他们就是说收据跟产品不是一个东西，都要吵起来了，最后找到manager才给办，据说是换了条码之类的原因，总之弄了半个多小时。最逗的是我朋友吵得饿了，只好又在里头吃了垃圾快餐，又贡献了一把。按我说，对于美国的这种店以及垃圾食品，也要跟日本货一样抵制。

那你是运气差了点。我买了一大件，牌子不是最可心的，过了几个星期发现来了想要的那种，拿头一个去退，他只是问我是不是东西质量问题，我说不是，只是想换更喜欢的那个牌子，然后就退了。和他们比起来，FUTURESHOP的十五天退换总是让我不太舒服，而且问什么SALES REP都是急着介绍他们自己的WARRANTY PLAN，再加多少多少钱一个月，你才能享受怎样怎样服务一年或两年。感觉不好。

may only change two times, if there is a problem, It will show on the their computer system of costco, come on, it can't be true. that person is too cheap
