Thanks 柯南 for your kind offer. I will try first the 锅盔 with your current instruction.. Also, may I know where to buy the 大头菜 ? Believe or not, I think I should find it in the grocery store but I don't know the English name of it and I've never looked at a fresh 大头菜 myself :-(

在很多店都有卖的，但我不知道英语名字，样子象大的圆萝卜，但皮要粗糙些．

那是苤蓝吧? 俺娘做的苤蓝海带丝灰常好吃。You could find it in any grocery store like Loblaws or Market Fresh.

It's either called kohlrabi or sometimes called turnip rooted cabbage.

做大头菜的东西不是苤蓝．
肉松是自己做的，用精瘦肉不能有筋，红烧（用你自己喜欢的味道偏淡一点），直到烧烂．另起锅，小火边炒边加油，到干了就行了
