Unlike hepatitis A and B, there is currently no vaccine to protect people from getting hepatitis C. An HCV vaccine remains a “holy grail” of hepatitis research. Many companies are working on candidates, but most experts do not expect an effective HCV vaccine for another 3-8 years.

One option for you:
You could visit your family doctor to a write you a blood test request (i.e., to test if you have antibodies to HCV). Maybe you have already developed immunoresponse to HCV. You should be safe to have a normal life with the girl.

丙肝还好啦，但是她有肝炎也不好说。
我和你的经历一样
我以前的女朋友是乙肝病毒携带者
但我很爱很爱她所以坚持和她同居了并且有了身体接触
她是浙江人，在浙江乙肝变得司空见惯。所以她一个不懂事儿的小女孩自然也不care
毕竟是携带者，而不是肝炎
但我其实一直在担心，为她也为我自己。因为乙肝一旦发作以后一定就是肝硬化结果就是肝癌
当然我也考虑到了我们的将来，也为此问了很多医生
医生说婴儿只要一出生时注射疫苗就不会传染，因为乙肝不遗传
去年夏天我回国特意做了一下抽血检验，庆幸的是我的免疫系统还算强悍
但是我的父母得知此事坚决反对
不谦虚地说我还算是个孝子，所以我把这件事儿跟我的前女友说了
我们激烈斗争了很长时间，最后终于在几年1月11日分手了。

我想给楼主的建议是
如果你真的很爱她，你就要顶住压力。运用你聪明的智慧，应付一切将要发生的事情。
当然现在重要的不时你们的将来而是现在，她也不愿意把你拖下水，所以要尽量爱护你和她的身体

澳抗阳性的在国内太多了，传染性很小。跟乙肝患者是两回事。

是大三阳啊？那可不是叫乙肝病毒携带者，携带者一般都叫澳抗阳性。
大三阳我觉得至少是乙肝恢复期。怪不得你家里人反对。

Actually only 1% -- 2% HBV will develope to cancer. And how many "normal" people will get cancer?

For HBV, your partner only need to get vaccine , then you should be OK.

For HCV, since no vaccine, you should be more careful (such as use condom).

Currently, there is no Cure for HBV and HCV. But with the new drug come, they will like HIV, no cure, but you can control and live with them.

丙肝的最终结果是肝癌。

This declare is not based on Science. HBV and HCV are agents lead to cancer. But still only a very small part of patients will develope to that. Plase don't post that conclusion if you are not professional or if you don't have a good knowledge at it.
