Cherry Cheesecake INGREDIENTS:
1-1.5 tablespoons melted butter,
1 cups Graham cracker or Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup granulated sugar ,
1 package of Philidelphia cream cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk,
1 egg,
1-2 table spoons of orange juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract ,
1 bottle of canned sour cherry,
12 paper cake cups, or foil tar cups, or if you make one cake, just 1 cake pan
1-2 tablespoons of corn starch.
PREPARATION:
1.Preheat oven to 250.
2.Combine and mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, press into bottom of
cake cups/tar cups/cake pan.
3.In a large mixing bowl or blender, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually
beat in milk, orange juice, vanila extract, sugar, egg,beat until smooth.
4.Pour into prepared cracker crums.Bake for 10-18 minutes,or until lightly
browned on top. Cool.
5.When cake is baking, pour cherry soup into a sauce pan. Add in starch, and put
the sauce pan on low fire. Keep stirring while heating, until the sauce becomes
thick and even. Add cherries in.
6.When cake is cooled down, garnish with cherry and cherry sauce.
