GM ~~ Help...Why My ID Drop to LvL 1??

My lvl 78 wit 2 turn b4 ...then suddenly DC then i open back .. it already red name n drop to lvl 1...and so all my SP Drop to 0. I did't hav pk any player.

I did't hav any idea wat i can do now... i can't take any thing from my bank... can't telepot anywhere... can't buy anything... town guard keeping hunting me while i reach into town... player will kill me when i leveling... my name can't turn white although i kill a lot of monster... bcoz getting bug... thank you u GM let this matter happening on me. q(>.<)p
