update on this week's listings.
normally, we should see more houses when we got warmer.
this week, very few are added to mls and gravevine. so far i have not seen the price drop i saw last weekend.
it is pretty much like trading on ebay.

so far, we saw more town houses in the market than singles.

If there will be a drop this year. The condo and townhome will do so before singles.
