夏天来了, 塑身的热潮又要开始. 无意中看到了这个动画卡通人物瘦身操, 觉得很可爱, 转贴过来和JMS分享啦.

1、背部伸展有美化全身的背部线条
2、同时增加手部柔软度
3、收紧腹部肌肉
4、减去小肚腩
5、左右两边伸展运动
6、手脚并用可以让身体左右均衡一下
7、强化腹肌及腰背的肌腱
8、增加脚部柔软度结实臂部
9、美化腰部、消除赘肉
10、消除臀部下垂的赘肉和紧实腿部的肌肉
**相信你每天坚持做这些,一定会有成效的!但是一定记住每个动作一定不要做的太快,要每个动作静止在3-5秒为适宜.
