He is looking for 4 to 7 years old houses. These houses are at least 15 years old.

And also 1600-1800 square feet, it's hard to find such a house in that area.

I didn't go through those 30 listed items, but I agree, it's hard to find any less than 10 years old houses there.
BTW, I believe many of them might have 1600 -1800 sft since the most of townhouses have finished basement.

150000的价位目前在ottawa想要新一些的话只有Terrace home 了.
和APARTMENT差不多,好在是独门独户.
