第一个focus wageon我打电话问了一下，是一手车主并且在2000年买的车，没有过事故，卖车的原因是有了3个孩子，所以想换个更大的，听着似乎还可以。

Those two cars u metioned, first, i won't recommend anyone buying a ford car thats around 100k, 2nd, its quite ugly, maybe a different colour, but thats just me.

The engines made by ford is somthing I won't trust at all, the only thing they made good is the mustang, and thats not a family car. I mean the engine is probly keeps running about another 50k max, but i really don't see it go over that and not having problems.

With that amount, around $6000 I assume you are willing to spend, if you really want a family van ish thing, dodge carvan and winstar, but still if they are at that price I still wouldn't get it.

Try to get somthing like an elentra or 96ish accord, they have some room and atleast it won't break down offen. Van's are used to carry alot of people/things, so the engine and other parts are already abused alot, thats why their price is lower than cars, and wagons are rare to find, but they take the same abuse as vans.

Hum, when is the last time u changed the oil? Every 3000km-5000km is when best to change ur oil. The changing of oil will help a bit, but not alot, but if ur oil hasn't been changed for a long time, it will cause you to get bad fuel/milage, its only like $30 to change it at canadian tire, $24 at walmart and around $23 at speedy, or buy a bottle, $8-10, a filter $4-6, and do it your self.

Now, if its ur compression in the valves thats causing the problem, i suggest you take it in to a shop and get it fixed, the more you drive is going to make it worst until the problem cannot be fixed and it either cost you $4000 for an engine swap or a new car.

And one more thing, if you are driving in traffic like stop and go is most likly you get around that number or worse, but on highway is suppose to be better. And also depends on how your driving style is, press the gas lightly, not a full stump everytime will make ur fule better.

I will say go to Canadian tire, ask them to see whats wrong, most the time is free, then if there is a problem fix it right away, if not its most the time free to look at.

I would not touch any of those cars. If you are lucky, u can go about 150k and about that limit, but normally if they are over 100k is mostly over and done.

Focus is alittle better, depends on the model, and neon is the worst car on almost every ranking system they have in north america, they are cheap for a very good reason, dodge does not put much effort into making it a good car, because they relay on their top end cars to make the money.

Ford focus is ok, a normal seden isnt bad, but still not trsted by me. And the cavalier is also like the neon, they are bottom feeders and their companys is making alot of mooney off coblt and c300 don't dont need to improve those cars.

I have said in many of my posts, neon and cavaliers are the cars I would not recommend to anyone to buy as used at all just because of the price to fix after.

HONDA CIVIC LX 4 dr, auto, cruise, remote starter, keyless entry, power windows/locks/mirrors, heated mirrors, ABS, alarm, a/c, cd, one owner. 105,765 kms, $12,650. Private sale.

How about the price? Is it reasonable? I found it's much higher than VMR price, but I found that there is almost no margin in the private sale. And in the dealer, they will give you a ridiculous high price.

I would try to get around $11000, close to that number, if he won't budge at $12000 and won't go down any further, leave and find another car. Its a good car, but I'm sure you can find a 2002 or a 2001 with the same things probly less kms on it costing less.

Hi, it dosen't sound like a bad car, its pertty good, for that price try to get to $5000, but $5500 is a price u should take if he won't go any lower. The brake will be fixed so that is good, after everything is done make sure you test how hard it can brake and see if its fixed to a very good condition. A 3.0L engine will eat up alot of gas, should be a V6 so that will get u a not so great milage. 1994 shouldn't be that much, but is still going to cost you alittle more than other. Be sure to also check if it takes premium fuel only, then its going to cost you even more. I'm not sure how big the tank is, but it might cost you $50 everytime u fill it up cause usally camry are preium fuel cars with V6 and 3.0L.

Hi, by the looks of it the car was changed ownership on 10/14/2004 and was reported to be 31,000 then it was (probly bought by the dealer) in 9/12/2006 and reported as retired from use. You said that car has 69,000km on it, during that time from 2004 to sept 2006, that extra 38,000 km was put on the car. Now from what I know, a car at a dealership only doing test drive would not put on almost 40000km. So during that time, either his not telling you who owned that car, you can ask the dealer to give you a full list of car history from the ontario motor vecial department, they have to, its you right to see it. Or the other possbile reason is the dealer is the 2nd owner, and he was using it as a personal car and now decides he wants to sell. And because a dealer is using it, all his car problems and oil change and maintanence was done at his own mechnic shop, so CarFax don't have any information on it, that would explain why that 2 years and 38,000km are missing infomation. The price isnt bad, the car is a very good car, so $8000 sounds like a very reasonable good price.

That car is really new to hit the streets, so far nothing bad has been reported, dodge really made a step forward with this. It has its aggrassive looks, very roomie inside, fun to drive, nice engine power to take it along. Because its so new, not alot of infomation was collected on it, I only sat in there once it felt great, other than that I have no first hand experience. It is cheap compared with other SUVs, because is still just a dodge. Maybe hyundia is a better choice to go because they have proven themselves on the international stage as somthing reliable in the past few years, dodge still has a long way to go to make people belive they can last. The looks and the price is what people like about it, everything else is just the same as others with a name that says "we make bad cars". 148hp and 172hp i think for the top modle, u can get the top one for like $25000 i think, almost as much as a top civic. I'm guessing u want a sporty bigger car. If you do like smaller cars, why not go for the new VW rabbit, it cost about $20000 to get a very good option one, saves alot on gas and great go, thats why they called it a rabbit. Accent is also good, $15000 for the top model, or even a base civic, around $18000. If you do like the car go for it, so far no bad things have been said about it, its just a brand that people dont trust.
