If you're still a Chinese citizen just go back where you got your marriage certifecat and apply a
'li hun zheng"

if you are a Canadian, you can either "xie yi li hun"- go find any lawyer "gong zhen"解散 agreement--your status is still "married" or go to city hull(?) changing your marriage status to "divorce" then you can marry anybody again as soon as you get Mr.Right.

I am a Canadian citizen now. It is supposed to be a simple process, because we have no kids, and not many assests either. I just would like to talk to a lawyer and make sure that I won't leave any trouble for myself.
