the pruchase agreement(?) maybe need both of your and the dealer's signatures, or you can sign the copy one.
and there is no any signature on MCO, your name on it(back?)

Look the back of the MCO, there must be signatures to confirm that the ownership of the vehicle is transferred to your name. It's weird if your dealer didn't sign MCO. I will be surprised if you can register your vehicle here with a blank MCO.

you are right. The dealer WROTE your name on its back, not as" both you and dealer sign"

我们3月13日从美国买了Toyota Sienna LE(2008),感谢上面几位网友的贴子,对我们有很大帮助.以下几点是我们的补充,供其他网友参考:
1.我们是Dealer 把车直接送到美国海关(Thousand island bridge),因为我们没有时间去美国境内提车.我们把documents 提前72小时发给海关 ,然后打电话确认后,通知Dealer派人送车.上午10:30出发,下午2:30 回家.
2.针对我们的情况, 没有办临时牌照,打电话加拿大海关,form 1 允许我们开车从加拿大海关到家.其实应该办一个加拿大临时牌照
3.整个过程并不复杂,只是没有拿到太多的discount,只有1000$.比较加拿大的价格,大概省了近1万元.想一想还是挺值的
4.Fax Form1 and Recall clearance letter 后,打电话确认收到,下午就收到form 2.比计划提前2 天拿到牌照.

1. How much did you pay for Dealer 把车直接送到美国海关(Thousand island bridge)?
2. "我们把documents 提前72小时发给海关" : Did you send original documents by mail or just sent Fax?
