Can anyone recommend a cell phone service provider and plan for "emergency" only user?

I am looking for a cell phone service provider. I rarely use the cell phone, just want to have one for emergency only case.

不知道你的很少用如何理解，根据我的经验。

1。 判断你自己的使用时间。是白天用的多，还是晚上和周末用的多。

2。 对手机的选择是否用特别的讲究。

可供选择的范围有：

1。Bell prepaid, 头两分钟 30分/ 分钟，第三分钟起5分钱/分钟。
2。Solo (也是Bell的公司）， 在白天每分钟40分/分钟，在周末和晚上( 7pm-8am)才5分钱/分钟。
3。 Fido 的预付费 是大概3毛多/分钟。 如果有现成的GSM手机，用这个也不错。 我原来用这个， 现在Bell 找到优惠的套餐就换了。
4。 其它不详。

7-Eleven is a good option. Another good option is Petro Canada Mobility prepaid phone. 20c/m for local, 30c for anywhere in North America, caller ID included. If you buy $20 credit, it will be valid for 180 days, and will be carried over if you refill it before it expires.

Petro Canada Mobility is over Roger's network, so the coverage is good, and the phone is not locked (you can use it for other GSM provider).
