China is exerting full control over Tibet as of now. That, coupled with the fact that EVERY SINGLE country on Earth with the exception of Great Britain formally recognizes Tibet as being part of China, should make it perfect clear that Tibet is in China's hands LEGALLY, and that is very unlikely to change. True enough for you yet?
I do not wish to comment on Taiwan, but the situation is also unlikely to change anytime soon, with Taiwan officially recognize itself as being part of China and yet is ruled by another, former, government.
It seems pretty clear to me what you are here for, and when I say that I by no means imply anything constructive. Take yourself and your broken language elsewhere (broken as in the sense of "not making any sense", even though that might be your original intention after all) if you will and do not taint our eyes with your "opinions" or the lack thereof.
