Does Radon Sealer Really Work to Fix a Radon Problem

The above info gives some insights on radon sealer.

I upgraded my house with something called radon liner. It also includes a pipe directly from underneath of the basement slab to the roof...The house is under construction and I am eager to see what it looks like though...
