恐怕那个rim也废了。这恐怕是车行拒绝赔轮胎的缘故。（如果同意赔偿轮胎，自然得赔偿rim。）

我们经理发话啦，任何对TONY GRAHAM SERVICE 有什么不满的，欢迎批评和发牢骚，我可以转告他们，以便改进服务。

几年前，我的 CAMERY 曾经出事，需要换前 Bumper， 因为一直在 TONY GRAHAM TOYOTA 做Service，所以我拒绝了保险公司推荐的车行，自己联系了 TONY GRAHAM 的 Body Shop，结果换完之后，Bumper和其他部件对不上，TONY GRAHAM 的 Body Shop 接待的人还振振有词。

我于是到 BelAir TOYOTA 的 Body Shop 评估，BelAir TOYOTA 的 Body Shop 认为绝对不可接受，因为 BelAir TOYOTA 是 TONY GRAHAM TOYOTA的竞争对手，为了公正，我把保险公司的评估人员找来，保险公司的评估人员当着 TONY GRAHAM 的 Body Shop 的人，指出绝对不可接受，于是重修，但是结果还不满意，但是太麻烦，我也就没在说。

但是，我要告诉每一个人，千万别去 TONY GRAHAM 的 Body Shop. 我说的话，千真万确，车子还在，可以参观对质。

我觉得楼主的一年半的车，应该有免费的Roadside Assistant，相当于CAA，拖车免费。如果有免费的Roadside Assistant，拖车是免费，安全，省力，为什么要自己开瘪了轮胎的车?

开瘪了轮胎的车，不仅仅轮胎完蛋，RIM也不好了。

楼主看来损失了一个轮胎. 不过从另一方面说楼主避免了其它更容易出危险的后果.

最近看到,听到一些冬天的事故和人身财产损失. 冬天天气恶劣,不管新车旧车,都可能在路上出现各种险情,比如交通事故, 瘪胎,发动不起来等等.

很多人在高速或交通干道上出现事故或汽车故障,千万不要在高速和交通主干道久留. 罢工第一天和第三天在Walkley和高速交界处和Walkley和Riverside附近, 两个华人都因为在出现问题的汽车附近被撞死了.

出现问题,在安全允许的情况下, 如果有交通事故,和对方交换保险材料, 不要理论谁是谁非,先把车移出高速或主干道, 停在出口外的小马路上. 再和警察或拖车讨论财产或事故责任问题.

楼主开10公里瘪胎去dealer是不明智, 楼主带了一个小孩,当时应该首先把车开出主干道,停在靠近的小马路上,叫汽车商拖车.

楼主,你应该感到庆幸才对, 你犯了一个财产处理错误,但避免了更大的危险......

财产损失是小, 人身安全是大.

If you tried to call Toyota Roadside Assistance to get help, definitely you would be a dead man because Toyota quality is down and a lot of Toyota defective cars on the road need to get help.

My friend called Toyota Roadside Assistance, my friend waited from 9Am to 2:30 pm. Fortunately, my friend found a building to stay for help.

you shouldn't drive with the flat tire --- unsafe and can be interpreted as abuse to tire and your car --- this will void the tire warranty if there's one. your only ground is that the dealer didn't provide proper tool to change tire under such condition.

If I were this unlucky runguang, I should not wait for freezing to death on the road under -15 degree sever weather condition. He had no choice to do that.

我坚持认为，由于销售商没有配备合适的螺帽，使我不能够及时更换上备用胎，只能用瘪了气的轮胎继续行使。经过十公里的辗压，这瘪了气的轮胎不被辗压坏才怪。这才是现在需要更换一个全新的右前轮胎的真正原因。所以销售商有着无法推卸的责任。

是否销售商承认了没有配备合适的螺帽？ 如果他们承认了。你问他们 - 是否这是他们的mistake。如果他们承认是他们的mistake。你问他们 - 他们是否应该，应该怎样deal他们的mistake。
先不要一下就jump到瘪了气的轮胎。这样就对你不利了。先搞清楚没有配备合适的螺帽的事。好像这是跟他们交涉的关键对不对。

did he try Toyota's service number for help? did he try any other tow service? your experience will be helpful as a witness if LZ takes Toyota to court. Don't get me wrong. LZ's post on CFC doesn't help him much. It can help him more if he can get his story on ottawacitizen. what's going to help him and all of us in the future is arguments he can provide if he has his day in court.

因为楼主当天没带电话,他当时行使在Riverside South 的路上,附近也没公用电话,没得选择只好把车开回来了.
