You should be responsibility for the damaged tire

Actually it is common knowledge to not drive with the flat tire. You know as well it will damage the tire. I really wish you had your car towed by the towing company to the dealership. Then you might have chance to have the dealership pay for the towing fee due to the fact that you can not change to use the spare tire. Just my 2 cents.

轮胎瘪了，即使没有移动电话或公用电话，也有其他办法叫拖车，活人还能让尿憋死了。例如，拦下过路的车，或者找附近的住家。你可能觉得因为车行弄错了螺丝，你就可以把损失人为地进一步扩大，反正车行要培，这种想法，在中国国内可能行得通。

My friend wanted to buy a Lexus and the sales guy let my friend walk away because he can't reduce the price by $100. My friend later on went to buy a BMW instead of Lexus. Stupid Tony Graham sales!

Toyota sales in December has declined 37%. I think Toyota Canada has to monitor their dealers more closely in order not to lose sales.

Toyota product quality is down too so Toyota customer service become the worst.
Toyota used to make a quality product. Now it's different.

It's not only a Toyota dealer Tony Graham problem but also other Toyota dealers in Ottawa are the same. It's a Toyota problem.

As Toyota has an excellent commercial ad., Toyota makes thing better. It's not true.

On the other hand, you should have contacted the roadside assistance, I believe it is 1800 number, all you have to do is to find a payphone to call for help. Anyway, a lesson for you; hopefully, you will know what to do when similar type things ever happened again in future.

这和轮胎保不保修没关系。发动机保修，你把机油放光了开也没人给你换发动机。
LZ 要么就忍了，要么就想办法证明当时没法打电话。比如在高速上没法拦车借电话，或者荒郊野外，月黑风高极不安全。
