女子防身一般从守势开始，除非受过专业训练，因为徒手主动攻击歹徒是很危险的。敢于侵犯青年女子的歹徒一般都比较强壮。所以，女性应尽量避免实力较量。最好的对策是等歹徒抓、拉你时，趁机攻击他。

如果歹徒从前边抓住了你的肩，我建议你用同侧的手轻轻地搭在他的手臂上，然后朝被按的方向转身；头一低即可咬住他的小臂，咬紧不松口摇头好了，趁他大声嚎叫之时，你再朝他脚尖上猛踏一脚，或者干脆朝他裆部踢一脚，你就可以走了。

如果你被歹徒抱了起来，要牢记挣扎是徒劳无益的，那只会使歹徒更冲动，正确的作法是：用双臂抱住他的脖子，认准部位，比如耳朵或是脖子，狠狠地一口咬下去，准疼得他两眼发黑！咬紧，拼命摇头，歹徒就会松手。他松手也不要放过他，咬紧不松用腿夹紧他的腰，挂在他身上，用一只手摸住他的眼睛，最好用力扣下去，这样一来歹徒就一定知道你的厉害了。
