Make sense.

Like interest rate, if it is low, then the house price will climb much faster and higer, which ends up borrowing more. No matter what, banks, builders make the same amount of money. But they make us feel good as if we get a good deal at all time.

我也问过AGENT了, LIST PRICE不含HST, 最早DELIVER DATE: SEP 2010.

此外PHOENIX的UPGRADE贵得离谱: 一楼装HARDWOOD 要7000 (35') TO 12000 (50'). ENERGY STAR 要 9000 (35') TO 15000 (50'). 而这些配置在RICHCRAFT或者URBANDALE在KANATA ESTATE SITE是标准配置了.

所以我觉得他们35'LOT的开价实际上比RICHCRAFT或者URBANDALE还要贵. 50'LOT比RICHCRAFT或者URBANDALE要划算一些.

不过咱们好像有点跑题了, 呵呵. 楼主(当然还有我)更关心这个SITE(HERITAGE HILL)和BUILDER. 难道这里没有人对这个SITE感兴趣吗? 我觉得这个SITE从位置上说比MINTO将要RELEASE的ACADIA好多了吧?

I did some research on this site.

This site will be very noisy in the future since it is surrunded by both Terry Fox and Kanata Avenue (when Terry Fox extension done, Richardson side road from Kanata ave to Terry fox will be closed). As planed, Goulbourn Forced road will also be closed (at least in rush hour I think), all the traffic from Kanata Estates/lakes and current traffic from Stittsville from/to Kanata North industry park , Morgant's Grant from/to down town will detour around this site...In addition, there will be some commercial buildings in this site which make it more noisy...

As for the builder, no comments...
