就是OC TRANSPO, 昨天上午遇到那么一位,态度很恶劣.可能渥太华的公车司机都这样?我知道不会有什么实质结果,但如果可以投诉还是想表达一下.

打 OC TRAN 的 COMPLAIN电话，告知具体车号，停靠具体站台时间，最好有司机姓名，如果没有可做描述。起码他们会询问。投诉和表扬都会影响工资的涨幅。

没用，基本收到一封确认接到投诉的信，然后石头沉进大海。多年前投诉过的经历。不知道跟进会不会有用？政府都拿他们没折，省省心吧，人家有工会

嗯，完全没用，他们开上马路牙子捻断路人腿，居然是告人交通违章威胁乘车人员安全，庭外和解俩腿断了一分钱没赔。。。

i did complain about the bus not being on time on the oc transpo website...seemed working. the bus is more on time now.

if u have a complaint to make, try the website, u need to at least let them know. i encourage ppl to use the link whenever they are not satisfied with the service. otherwise, oc transpo thinks its got great service! if u don't say anything, there is no way oc transpo would know. don't let the fair increase for nothing. we deserve good service and on time schedule.
