邻居说应该找有license的contractor 换屋顶才有保障。

有谁用过builder 小陈换屋顶，换得如何？

no license , no insurance, It would like you asking a friend to do the job. If he fail down the roof, it is your home insurance to cover it. (he could sue you .... for the money)
