问题:电脑不能从睡眠中醒来!!!

刚买回来就要升级,打电话过去骂他们。为什么他们不升级升好了再卖给你?

If you are interested, we can pull your computer for depot repair. Once your product is received at our service facility, our estimated time to complete service is 7-10 business days.

Normally our customers are required to pay for shipment of the system to our repair facility and we pay return shipping once repairs are completed. Since you have just purchased your system, we realize this situation requires special attention. We will provide a drop off number to you which can be used to cover shipping expenses to our service facility. We realize this is a new unit and we appreciate you working with us to resolve the situation. This drop off number provided must be used in 2 days or it will expire.

你是直接从Costco买的吗?如果是,就不要麻烦寄,直接拿去Costco换部新的。如果问题仍在,就证明是Acer的Design有问题,不是个别零部件出问题,再向Acer讨公道。
